Sky & Ray of Light

1/800 sec, f14, ISO 100, Saturation and Contrast

Still struggling with E-510 (DSLR is definitely different from point & shoot, gotta take some time to get familiar with it), I shot the sky just on the edge of the roof. Some enhance on contrast and saturation to reveal more clouds (they weren't visible much during photoshoot).

Panning

Shutter 1/50 sec, f/3.5, ISO 80, Centre Weighted

Shutter 1/40 sec, f/3.5, ISO 80, Centre Weighted

I took a few shots using panning technique as I train myself to obtain these kind of photos. It took a few tries to get it right, however I think that the shutter speed varies with the speed of the moving object (obviously) and also the perpendicular distance from the photographer and the object's plane of movement. More shots like these will be taken in the future.
